Mom's Recipe
- 3 eggs
- 4 cups of chicken soup that I made the previous night
- 1 tablespoon of cornstarch
- 1 teaspoon of fresh ginger
- 1 tablespoon of soy sauce
- 3 chopped scallions
- 1/2 teaspoon of ground black pepper
- 1/2 cup of sliced shiitake mushrooms
