A Good Dose of Antioxidants


My boyfriend keeps telling me, 'Craving something sweet? Grab an apple!' Hate to admit it, but he's totally right. Fruit has become my go-to snack these days since I agreed to put the muffin/cupcake down more often. A cup of berries with yogurt or on toast has been my sweet sweet alibi. I'm a happy camper at the end of the day since I'm getting a good dose of antioxidants and my sweet tooth thanks me for not killing it with sugars that I seem to crave 24/7. I've been trying to find a good place to get acai berries but it looks like they're not able to hold up well to transport, so the frozen ones will have to do until we visit the rainforest in Brazil. That would be so exciting.
